Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This site belongs to Laserdiuk studio. Below is what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who the controller is

The controller of your data is Laserdiuk studio, Nowolipki 13, 00-151 Warsaw. For anything to do with your data, call +48 797 981 883 or come to the studio.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form yourself: your name, your phone number and the pigment colour — and, in the price quiz, your answers about the tattoo or permanent makeup.

With your consent the site uses analytics and marketing tools: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel. Until you agree, none of them loads. We remember your choice in the laserdiuk_consent cookie and you can change it at any time. The file names and how long they live are in the Cookie policy.

Clarity records sessions: cursor movement, clicks and scrolling. Form content is masked in the recording — your name, phone number and pigment colour never reach it.

Why, and on what legal basis

How long we keep it

Enquiries from the form — for as long as we are in touch and a course of sessions may run, then for the period accounting rules and the limitation period require. Consents to publish photographs — until they are withdrawn.

Who else sees it

We sell your data to nobody. We use providers that process it on our behalf:

Booksy is a separate service. If you book through Booksy, Booksy's own privacy policy applies.

Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. This happens under standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Photographs of clients

We publish photographs of results only with the written consent of the person in them. You can withdraw that consent at any time — by phone or at the studio — and the photograph comes off the site at the next update.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how it is processed, take it elsewhere and object to processing. You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time on the Cookie policy page. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page along with the date at the top.
